I was saddened to read the following words in a recent posting:
Having been told repeatedly that I was wrong and should
shut up...
A lot of people on this newsgroup have put a lot of time and effort
into the concept of SGML, and it is hardly to be expected that they
would welcome criticism with open arms. It's never a good thing
when would-be detractors walk away feeling shouted down rather than
enlightened.
